As children grow up and move out, parents spend more time alone. They understand their kids are busy, but they still quietly miss the warmth of everyday conversations. Evenings get quieter, and even a simple “How was your day?” becomes rare. 

When parents send a message, it’s often overlooked, leaving them "on seen" or unacknowledged. Parents don’t need grand gestures. A short reply from their kids is enough to fill their day with warmth, as that small check-in signals they are still thought of.
The Idea!
Nestlé collects the neglected and seen messages from parents around Malaysia, because the essence of parents’ love is always there, but invisible. Instead of letting these messages stay seen, Nestlé will ensure they are felt. With this campaign, Nestlé is making the invisible visible, revealing what we often overlook and reminding kids to reconnect with their parents.
